Great show and great recording. Who's on bass here? Is that Bobby V?

Really a great recording Charlie. Kimock was at his best at this time.

Subject: What a night!!!
The circulating copy I put up on LMA has some skips. Not sure what happened, but I think it was due to my virus protection on my crappy computer.. This is a fresh transfer from my master dat. I ran the only taping rig at this show (other than the sbd, which I already circulated). My SBM-1 went into my D8, then from there we fed a digital patch bay for everyone to get a feed from my rig.

Arielle and I were on our way to the airport in Chicago after the 3 Abbey Pub shows, when I 'accidentally' made a wrong turn and ended up in Detroit. This show was so good, I'm glad we went. They band had played past curfew and had no time for an encore. The house lights were on and Rudson had already packed Kimock's guitars, but the crowd would not stop clapping and cheering. Finally, the band came back and played a 22 min Baby Baby. Pretty cool to play such a long encore, mainly when they were out of time.

This was the first show where I was a guest of the band, which ultimately led to me working with them.

enjoy...cm
